Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 03-03-077 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WILDLIFE SANCTUARY 3RD ADDITION. WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, hereafter refen'ed to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The west 165 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The east 165 feet of the west 330 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The east 165.28 feet, as measured along the north and south lines thereof, of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The west half of the southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west 330 feet thereof, as measured along the north and south lines of said west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and also except the east 165.28 feet, as measured along the north and south lines of said west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. and That part of Outlot B, Wildlife Sanctuary Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of Lot 33, Block 3, said Wildlife Sanctuary Second Addition. and That part of Outlot A, Wildlife Sanctuary Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 33, Block 3, said
