Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-04-088 RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING PROJECT #02-40 (SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER OAK TERRACE ESTATES) ON IMPROVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS TO WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution #02-11-295 which the City Council adopted on November 26, 2003, a feasibility study for the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm water improvements to the Oak Terrace Estates mobile home park has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer; and WHEREAS, the feasibility report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 25, 2003; and WHEREAS, a public hearing had been scheduled for March 25, 2003, but was not publicly noticed. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer improvements to Oak Terrace Estates in accordance with the report and the assessment of property for the improvement will be pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60, and that the cost of said improvements is estimated to be $190,221; and 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of May, 2003 at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Strommen and the following voted against the same:
