Councihnember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption. RESOLUTION #03-04-098 RESOLUTION AMENDING 2003 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES Whereas, the current Schedule of Rates and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City Council under Resolution #02-11-288 on November 12, 2003, and: Whereas, at the City Council meeting of April 22, 2003, staff recommended adoption of a Business Registration Certificate Ordinance, and Whereas, staff is recommending the Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges be amended to include a Business Registration Certificate fee of $30.00 for all existing businesses and new businesses locating in the City and a $15.00 renewal fee thereafter. NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the 2003 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish a $30.00 application and certificate fee for existing businesses and new business to Ramsey fo,' tlne administration of the Business Registration Certificate. TImt Iht 2003 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby anaended to establish a $15.00 renewal application and certificate fee for the administration of the Business Registration Certificate.
