Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-05-117 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $38,291 FROM THE EQUIPMENT REVOLVING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET OF PARK & RECREATION CONTRACTED SERVICES LINE ITEM TO FUND THE COST OF ROOF REPAIRS TO PUMPHOUSE #1 AND PARK CENTER. WHEREAS, The roofs at Park Center in Central Park and Pumphouse Number 1 are in need of repair; and WHEREAS, on May 13, 2003, City Council authorized staff to repair the leaking roofs and replace lighting in an amount of $38,291, which is $33,291 for roof repairs and $5,000 for lighting repairs; and WHEREAS, funding of the $38,291 will be funded from the Equipment Revolving Fund from depreciated monies related to the Park Center building and Pumphouse #1; and WHEREAS, a transfer will be made to the General Fund budget of Park and Recreation with the line item of contracted services adjusted by the $38,291. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes staffto transfer $38,291 from the Equipment Revolving Fund to the 2003 General Fund Budget of Park and Recreation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gamec Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Strommen and the following voted against the same: none and the following abstained: none
