CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., and <br /> led in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Update on Nowthen Policing <br /> Police Chief Jim Way reported that the City of Nowthen has a two -year contract for police <br /> services with the Sheriff's Department so Ramsey will not be supplementing that service. <br /> 3.
