Councilmember Backous stated he knows we have $32,000 waste, guaranteed, so he did not <br /> have a problem reducing the budget by that amount. <br /> • <br /> Councilmember Tossey expressed agreement. <br /> Councilmember Strommen stated she agrees with the goal but we still have an issue of how to <br /> fund the street maintenance program longer range.
