The work <br />outlined in this report is consistent with Development Plan 5.03 of The COR. The <br />proposed roadway improvements meet Municipal State Aid standards. The provision of <br />a roundabout at the Sunwood /Ramsey Parkway intersection provides better <br />management of the projected ultimate traffic and also provides flexibility should those <br />projections be exceeded. <br />The costs associated with the proposed improvements are presented in the Appendices <br />and summarized in the Cost Estimates section. It is our professional opinion that the <br />benefits derived from this project exceed the associated costs.
