2. That the parking lot constructed on the Subject Property shall not be located any closer than <br />ten (10) feet from the front property line. <br />3. That the Permittee shall maintain an area to the south of the proposed structure in order to <br />allow for an additional thirteen (13) parking spaces if the City determines the proposed <br />parking lot cannot accommodate all vehicles related to the proposed structure off - street. <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory building, including, but not limited to, a Building Permit. <br />6. That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless such use is <br />permitted in accordance with City Code. <br />7. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by August 5, 2011 and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Levine, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Van Scoy <br />Board Member Levine <br />Board Member Cleveland <br />Board Member Hunt <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Dunaway <br />Board Member Rogers <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 5 day of August, 2010. <br />RESOLUTION #10 -08 -159 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
