NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF <br />PROPERTY <br />THE HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN <br />AND FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that <br />the Board of Commissioners of The <br />Housing and Redevelopment Author- <br />ity in and for the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (the "HRA "), will meet in <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, <br />beginning immediately following the <br />7:00 p.m. central daylight time City <br />Council meeting, to hold a public <br />hearing on a proposal to sell certain <br />real property the HRA owns to Kwik <br />Trip, Inc.
