Regular Planning Commission 6. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 02/02/2012 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Title: <br />Discussion of Pending Zoning Code Amendments <br />Background: <br />Staff and Tina Goodroad, consulting planner with Stantec, will provide an update and general work plan for <br />completing Zoning Code amendments over the next several months. Attached to the case are the approved goals <br />and strategies from the 2030 Comprehensive Plan that have been guiding the focus of the necessary and optional <br />amendments to the Zoning Code. Staff is looking for feedback from the Planning Commission on the status of these <br />goals and strategies. Also attached is a Work Plan list developed by Staff and Stantec to summarize necessary and <br />optional amendments based on information and direction from the Comprehensive Plan.
