The Council discussed the proposed amendment and agreed to prohibit studded vehicles. <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended an amendment to Section 54 -97. <br />Police Chief Way answered the Council's questions and indicated information is available on the <br />City's website and a map will identify designated routes. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to introduce the ordinance <br />amending City Code Section 54 -96 through 102 Titled Recreational Vehicles, amending Section <br />54 -97 Definitions, to add a 4 paragraph indicating: Except as amended above, no other defined <br />terms in Section 54 -97 are affected by this amendment. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Backous, Elvig, <br />Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Wise. <br />7.02: Request for an Amended Conditional Use Permit for an Accessory Dwelling at <br />16101 Ramsey Boulevard NW; Case of Anthony Reed <br />Senior Planner Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br />The Council discussed the request and asked questions of Senior Planner Gladhill. <br />Motion by Councilmember Tossey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt the Resolution <br />approving the findings of fact and adopt the Resolution approving the conditional use permit and <br />request for stucco fence. <br />Further discussion: City Attorney Goodrich recommended the findings of fact and conditional <br />use permit be acted on separately. Councilmembers Tossey and Elvig withdrew the motion on <br />the floor. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Tossey, to adopt Resolution #11- <br />11-220 approving Findings of Fact #0894 favorable to the applicant, Anthony Reed at 16101 <br />Ramsey Boulevard NW. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Tossey, Backous, <br />McGlone, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Wise. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Tossey, to adopt Resolution #11- <br />11-221 approving the conditional use permit and request for stucco fence. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Tossey, Backous, <br />McGlone, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
