The Commission also asked City Engineer Jankowski to report back to the <br />Commission with more reasonable standards than 300 feet for driveway setbacks from <br />thoroughfare centeflines. The Commission indicated to Mr. Sharp that they would be agreeable to <br />whatever accesses the County Engineer approves. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that <br />City Council approve the site plan for Ramsey Investments on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 <br />Industrial Park as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Terry, LaDue, <br />Bawden, Deemer and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend to City <br />Council that in all agreements entered into for tax increment financing, the developments be <br />required to use Ramsey as their mailing address. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
