ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />2012 STREET SWEEPING PROGRAM <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />CITY PROJECT NO. XXXXX <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Ramsey until XXXXXXX a.m., at the Ramsey <br />City Hall at 7550 Sunwood Drive MN 55303, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of <br />all labor and material for the 2012 Street Sweeping Program, City Project No. XXXXX, as described below and including: <br />REGENERATIVE AIR STREET SWEEPING <br />PICKUP BROOM STREET SWEEPING <br />Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents dated XXXXX. Bid Forms and <br />Contract Documents may be viewed at the City of Ramsey - Engineering Division. <br />Contractors desiring a copy of the Bid Forms and Contract Documents may obtain them from the City Engineering Department <br />in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon payment of XXXXX. Question shall be directed to the City of Ramsey <br />Engineering Department at (763) 427-1410. No refunds will be provided. <br />Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids <br />shall be directed to the Ramsey Engineering Department, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR <br />2012 Street Sweeping Program". <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the <br />contract in the best interests of the City. <br />DATED: XXXXXXXXX <br />
