NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />that the city of Ramsey wholeheartedly supports and endorses the collective <br />efforts of the Minnesota Department of Transportation and other road and <br />trail authorities that comprise the Mississippi River Trail and will participate <br />in ongoing collaborative discussions, and in matters of a general nature <br />regarding the operation and location of the Mississippi River Trail within its <br />administrative boundaries.. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />none <br />and the following abstained: <br />none <br />and the following were absent: <br />none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this day of, 2011. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
