L. Data Privacy — The Parties agree to abide by all applicable state and federal laws and <br />regulations and confidential information concerning individuals and/or data including, but not <br />limited to, information made non-public by such laws or regulations. <br />M. Effective Date — This Master Cooperation Agreement shall take effect upon execution by all <br />of the Parties hereto and by proper state officials and shall remain in effect until the FFGA is <br />closed out by the FTA. <br />N.
