The consensus of the Commission was to add a finding that would reference that language in the <br />Attorney General's report which indicates that crime rate is 6 times higher in areas with adult uses <br />versus areas without adult uses and 11 times higher in areas where adult uses are concentrated. <br /> <br />The Commission amended Item #5 of the proposed Findings of Fact to reference adult uses rather <br />than adult entertainment. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that it is very important that the Commission interpolate that regulation of adult <br />uses is as necessary for Ramsey as it is for other cities that have conducted studies. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recess this Planning <br />and Zoning Commission meeting until October 29, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
