10.4.3 No nsurance policy or coverage shall be brought into contribution <br />with insurance purchased by Owners, or Neighborhood Associations, and all policies <br />shall contain appropriate provisions to that effect. <br />10.4.4 All policies shall contain a waiver of subrogation by the insurer as to <br />claims against the Master Association or Neighborhood Associations, and their <br />any Directors and Officers, the Owners, and the Master Association's manager, if any. <br />10.4.5 All policies shall cohtain a provision that no policymay becanceled, <br />4 <br />invalidated,or suspended oaccount of the conductof one or more of the Owners or <br />Neighborhood Associations, or on account of the acts of any Director, Officer, <br />employee, <br />oragent of the Master Association or of its manager, without prior demand <br />in writ <br />ing delivered to the Master Association to cure the defect and the allowance of a <br />reasonable time thereafter within which to cure the defect. <br />10.4.6 All liability insurance shall contain cross -liability endorsements to <br />cover liability of the Master Association to an Owner and shall also name the Master <br />Declarant <br />as an additional insured for so long as Master Declarant owns any part of the <br />Property. <br />10.5 Damage or Destruction to Improvements. n the event of damage to or <br />destruction of improvements located on any Neighborhood Property, but specifically <br />excluding any Improvements owned and insured by the Master Association, which shall be <br />or replaced bythe Master Association, the repair and reconstruction of the <br />repaired <br />improvements shall be undertaken in accordance with the requirements and procedures <br />contained inNeighborhood Governing Documents for the Neighborhood inquestion. <br />the <br />SECTION 11 <br />COMPLIANCE AND REMEDIES <br />11.1 Entitlement to Relief. The Master Association may commence legal action to <br />recover sums due, fordamages,for injunctive relief, or any combination thereof, or an action <br />for any other relief authorized by the Master Governing Documents or available at law or in <br />Legal relief maybe sought bythe Master Association against any Member or Owner, <br />equity. g <br />orby aMember against the Master Association or another Member or another Owner, to <br />enforce compliance <br />with the Master Governing Documents, the Master Rules, MCIOA or the <br />decisions o <br />'f the Master Association.
