development. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed ordinance at their February 2nd meeting. Considerable <br />discussion was given to the placement of structures along roadways and orientation of buildings. Based on that <br />discussion, Staff and consultant will continue to look for language to better highlight the important of the <br />Development Plan as the guide for building placement in development review.
