Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion was also on obtaining a 20-foot drainage and utility <br />easement on the south slde of the lot. Mr. Rychner agreed and will <br />add that to the site plan. <br /> <br />MOTION by Deemer, Seconded by LaDue, that the site plan be <br />modified to show a drainage and utility easement on the south 20 <br />feet. <br /> <br />VOTE ON MOTION: YES-Deemer, LaDue, Thorud, Zimmerman; NO-None; <br />ABSENT: Bawden, Hendrlksen, Terry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowskl was concerned about approving a site plan that dumps <br />water onto other property unless the owner has obtained an easement <br />from the other property owner. He understands there is no problem <br />Getting an easement from Waste Management; however, he would also <br />like to see an easement from the property to the wetland. Mr. <br />Jankowski felt Mr. Rychner needs to get permission from the <br />ad3olninG property owner granting him the right to discharge water <br />shown on the site plan. <br /> <br />MOTION by Deemer, Seconded by LaDue, any necessary easements to <br />direct drainage from the legally described property to the wetland <br />will be required as a part of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />VOTE ON MOTION: YES-Deemer, LaDue, Thorud, Zimmerman; NO-None; <br />ABSENT: Bawden, Hendriksen, Terry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case %2: <br /> <br />Request for site plan approval; case of Mr. Glen <br />Rvchner. <br /> <br />The Commission noted several items discussed and agreed to this <br />evening regarding the site plan. Mr. Jankowskl also reviewed his <br />letter outlining his findings regarding the site plan. There was <br />some discussion on the height of the crane. Mr. Rychner stated the <br />normal operating position of the boom is 31 feet.
