RAMSEY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of AdJustment conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, December 6, 1990, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Bradley Thorud <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Consultant from Hakanson Anderson <br /> Associates, Merland Otto <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Hendriksen called the regular meeting of the Board of <br />Adjustments to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />NONE. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION by Deemer, Seconded by Thorud, to accept the Agenda as <br />presented. Motion carried unanlmously (Absent: Bawden, TerrY). <br /> <br />pUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Hendriksen adjourned the regular meeting at 7:33 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />1.
