Discussion ensued regarding an incentive program. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the ball fields were done with money from the Landfill Trust Fund - to be <br />paid back next year. He feels that the City has been quite aggressive with regard to park <br />development so if other items take priority, that could be justified. <br /> <br />The Park Bonds Issue was mentioned.
