We will build a precise, cost-effective, City -directed program that accomplishes your goals. This program includes at least five basic components: Thorough Analysis: The LOCKRIDGE GRINDAL NAUEN Federal Relations team, working directly with your staff, will carefully and completely analyze each critical issue area identified by you and your representatives. This includes transportation policy/funding issues, economic development programs, environmental mandates, grassroots operations, federal grant procurement, and others — as instructed by you — focusing on strategy, likely action timetables, real and potential problems as well as advantages of various options, key players and other pertinent background. Action Plan: Using that analysis, we will work with staff to prepare an effective, goal -specific, City -directed government relations strategy.
