The sketch plan shall be submitted to the town center review board for its review and comment. <br />The town center review board shall review the proposed project for its compatibility with the town center <br />master plan and devel pment _sidelines and make a rec mmendati n t the planning c mmissi n and city <br />regarding the proposed development. <br />d. The planning c mmissi n shall review the sketch plan f r its c nsistency with the t win center <br />master plan and development guidelinesDesign Framework and make . - dation to the city council <br />as t the appr priateness f the sketch plan. <br />e.
