Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />RESOLUTION #12 -03- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF AN ONLINE SCHOOL IN THE B -2 BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING THE TERMS <br />OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, 2 -0I, LLC has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City ") for an <br />interim use permit to operate an online school in the B -2 Business District on the property <br />located at 7550 Highway 10 NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 The Diamonds, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 1, 2012, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that the City Council approve /deny the request to operate an online <br />school in the B -2 Business District for a term of five (5) years. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 117 -52 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br />1) Based on Findings of Fact # , an Interim Use Permit ( "Permit ") to allow the operation of <br />an online school on the Subject Property is hereby granted to 2 -0I, LLC ( "Permittee "). <br />2) The term of the Permit shall commence on March 13, 2012 and shall expire five (5) years <br />thereafter (March 13, 2017). <br />3) This Permit is applicable only to the operation of an online school on the Subject Property. <br />The granting of this Permit does not allow for any other use that is prohibited in the B -2 <br />Business District. <br />4) That this Permit hereby incorporates by reference Resolution #00 -03 -077, which resolution <br />granted approval of a conditional use permit related to accessory outdoor recreational uses <br />and that the PERMITTEE agrees to abide by the terms of said resolution. <br />5) That the Permittee is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits required for any interior <br />modifications to the building and said modifications shall comply with all applicable <br />building, fire and zoning codes. <br />
