( "Pharmer's ") <br />(collectively, the "Dispensaries") leased buildings in the city of San Jose from <br />which they operated medical marijuana dispensaries. In January 2010, the <br />San Jose Department of Planning and Code Enforcement (the "Department") <br />issued nuisance abatement compliance orders to the Dispensaries.
