The Truck Committee will assist Mr. Alfred LaTour in loading the pumper vehicle with <br />the required equipment, and designated location of said equipment. <br /> <br />1 0 ) PLANNING COMMI'I-I'EE <br /> <br />A Planning Committee assisting Mr. Dean Kapler in a function held after receiving the <br />two new vehicles. <br /> <br />1 1) TRAINING <br /> <br />Training on the new vehicles will be held one on a Sunday and one on a Saturday. Future <br />dates will be listed at a later date. <br /> <br />1 2 ) PROCEDURE ON RESPONDING TO FIRE CALLS <br /> <br />A procedure on responding to fire calls with the pumper will be established by the <br />Officers in the future and will be discussed with the other fire fighters. <br /> <br />1 3 ) POP FOR FIRE STATION <br /> <br />Pop for the fire station will be picked up and handled by Mr. Jamie Spence. <br /> <br />1 4 ) FIRE CHIEF TERM <br /> <br />Fire Chief Bruce Hoeke will not be seeking another term as Fire Chief. Interested <br />individuals should see Kay McAIoney in personnel. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Steven Morrison and seconded by Mr. Steven Wilson to form a Committee <br />to establish the By Laws. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: All members present. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Thomas Hoxter and seconded by Mr. Steven Wilson that as of July 1, 1990 <br />all officers will be elected by the fire fighters. The annual meeting to be held July 1 of <br />each year with the exception of the year 1990 which will extend until a date to be <br />determined at a later meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: All members present. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />I ) RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />A consensus of the area departments will be to discussed and recommended to the Fire <br />Board at the next meeting. <br /> <br />2 ) AIR LINES <br /> <br />Air lines will be needed for additional drop for the back-up tanker.
