MEETING NOTES FOR 8/8/90 <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />10) <br /> <br />11) <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - There were 23 members present <br /> <br />EXPLANATION OF COMPANIES A & B - Steve Morrison <br /> <br />TRUCK MAINTENANCE <br />A) After each drill trucks must be cleaned <br />B) We need towels and other cleaning utensils <br />C) We need a check list for the vehicles - Steve Wilson <br />D) We must have full participation <br /> <br />INVENTORY - We need an Inventory List - Joel Drahos - Dean Kapler <br /> - Steve Engh <br /> - Craig Friday <br /> <br />UNIFORMS AND GEAR - Steve Morrison's our man <br /> <br />DONATIONS - Must be cleared by an officer <br /> <br />PURCHASES - A requisition form must be filled out for all purchases <br /> <br />PUBLIC FUNCTION COMMITTEE - Chairperson is Dave Shappell <br /> Helpers are Bruce Bachler <br /> Joel Drahos <br /> Dean Kapler <br /> Jim Loe <br /> <br />PICTURES - Some day we will have our pictures taken as a unit <br /> <br />FIREBOARD MEETING - It will be 8/14 at 6:30 <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL RULES - Roll Call will be called at the beginning of the <br />meeting or drill. If you are not present at the time of roll call, get with <br />the secretary as soon as possible to get credit. It will be up to the <br />secretary to determine if you should get credit for that particular <br />meeting. He will inform you at that time whether or not you will get <br />credit. You must also inform an officer if you need to leave a meeting or <br />drill prior to the formal closing of the event. <br /> <br />12) MAKING UP MISSED FIRE CALLS OR MEETINGS - It was decided that it <br />terms of meeting our commitments for attending calls, meetings, etc, <br />that we would not be allowed to make up for missed events. We can come <br />in and do necessary work for increment credit if it is approved by an <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br />
