PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br />Wherefore, the Keith Kiefer prays for judgment from this Court against the City of <br />Ramsey as follows: <br />1. For a judgment finding abuse of process and with damages in excess of $50,000 <br />plus sanctions, reasonable attorney's fees and costs and any other remedies provided for in Minn. <br />Stat. § 549.211. <br />2. For a judgment against the Defendants that their actions constitute tortious <br />misconduct including trespass and awarding appropriate damages; <br />3. For a judgment against the Defendants that their actions constitute tortious <br />misconduct including conversion and awarding appropriate damages; <br />4. For a judgment finding the Defendants violated the Plaintiff's constitutional rights <br />to due process and awarding appropriate damages for violating that right; <br />5. For a judgment finding the Defendants violated the Plaintiff's constitutional rights <br />to equal protection and awarding appropriate damages for violating that right; <br />6. For a judgment finding the Defendants violated the Plaintiff's constitutional rights <br />of taking their property without just compensation and awarding appropriate damages for <br />violating that right; <br />7. For a judgment finding the Defendants violated the Plaintiff's constitutional rights <br />protecting the Plaintiffs from unreasonable searches and seizures and awarding appropriate <br />damages for violating that right; <br />8. For damages in an amount exceeding $50,000; <br />9. Any judgment entered against Kiefer in favor of Isanti County should be adjudged <br />against the City of Ramsey and its City Administrator so that Kiefer owes nothing; <br />22 <br />
