5. Denies the allegations in paragraph 5 in light of the Anoka County District Court <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgment dated June 17, 2011 being <br />decided after the Defendant was found guilty in Court File No. 30 -CR -08 -1290 for violating <br />Isanti County Zoning Ordinance. Kiefer admits he was found guilty but denies he stored solid <br />waste on his Isanti property since the stored items were personal property. <br />6. Denies the allegations in paragraph 6 in light of the Anoka County District Court <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgment dated June 17, 2011 being <br />decided after the Defendant on November 18, 2009 admitted that he had not fully complied with <br />the Isanti County court order resulting in a probation violation. Kiefer denies any inference that <br />he stored solid waste on his Isanti property since the items were personal property. <br />7. Denies the allegations in paragraph 7 in light of the Anoka County District Court <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgment dated June 17, 2011 being <br />decided after the Defendant on October 6, 2010 admitted that he had not fully complied with the <br />Isanti court order resulting in a probation violation. Kiefer denies any inference that he stored <br />solid waste on his Isanti property since the items were personal property. <br />8. Kiefer is without sufficient information or knowledge regarding the allegations <br />asserted in paragraph 8 to admit or deny, therefore denies. <br />9. Does not have sufficient knowledge to admit or deny the allegations of <br />paragraph 9. <br />3 <br />
