adhere to with the first couple of requests for additional information on Wildwood; when it <br />appeared that many residents were concerned with the Wildwood project, he decided to <br />implement charging for the copies to compensate in a small way for that staff time taken <br />away from preparing the case packet to make copies for the public's information. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that the City complies with State law as far as notifying <br />residents of proposed projects and is hopeful that the citizens are interested enough to <br />follow up on the issues. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
