sewer and water subdivision.

John Lucia - Stated that he once did but no longer has objections to the plat.

Sharon Dahlgren - 6328 143rd Lane N.W. - Expressed concern that Cedar Hills would
develop with an access to the south that would either connect to Cty. Rd. #116 or Sunfish
Lake Blvd. to avoid having all the additional traffic pass through Hunter's Hills to get to a
major thoroughfare.

Mr. Banwart stated that there is a common understanding among City Staff, City Council
and the Planning Commission that there is a need to provide for an access from Cedar Hills
to a major thoroughfare through the southwesterly portion of the plat.

Sharon Dahlgren - Inquired if an access is constructed to the south and west to connect to
Sunfish Blvd., would there be sufficient room to build another row of houses immediately
adjacent to Hunter's Hill to the south.

Commissioner Deemer noted that the property immediately south of Hunter's Hill is zoned
for industrial uses.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to adjourn
the public heating.

Motion carried.
