SUMMARY The following official summaryof Ordinance #12-02 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearing informing the public of the intent andeffectof the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordi- nance #12-02 to remove Minnesota Building Code Chapter 1306, an optional chapter, from Chapter 10$ of the City Code, dealing with fire suppression systems.
