PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />July 18, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota to continue business from the July 10, 1989 Planning and Zoning Commission <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Chestnut Hills <br /> Addition; Case Of Mr. John Peterson, Good Value Homes: <br /> <br />Mr. John Peterson of Good Value Homes and his engineer, Derek Passe, were present <br />requesting preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Hills. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the preliminary plat and the City Engineer's report <br />dated July 17, 1989. <br /> <br />Mr. Passe referred to Item #2 of the City Engineer's report and indicated that lot lines can <br />be adjusted so that lots on Ramsey Terrace Pond will meet the 75 foot water frontage <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/July 18, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
