Exhibits thereto in substantially the forms submitted; authorizes the disposition of the property pursuant to the Agreement and authorizes and directs the Chairperson and Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the Agreement and the various documents and agreements referred to therein and attached as Exhibits thereto, and any other documents necessary to carry out the terms of such Agreements and documents on behalf of the Authority. Section 2. The decision to sell the property is placed on the records of the Authority as of the date hereof. Section 3. The approval hereby given to the Agreements includes approval of such additional details therein as may be necessary and appropriate and such modifications thereof, deletions therefrom and additions thereto as may be necessary and appropriate and approved by the Authority officials and City Council authorized by this resolution to execute the Agreements and to execute such deeds, notes, closing statements and other such documents as may be necessary to complete the sale of the property to the Developer. The execution of the Agreements by the appropriate officer or officers of the Authority shall be conclusive evidence of the approval of the Agreements in accordance with the terms hereof.
