PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, <br />November 6, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Boyd R. Hanson's request for preliminary plat approval of <br />Oleo Acres Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Acting Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. David Bawden <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hendriksen called the public hearing to order at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of Oleo Acres is located between Llama Street <br />and 161st Avenue N.W. and consists of the creation of 3 lots from an existing 10 acre <br />parcel. The Park Commission has reviewed the proposed plat and recommends requiring <br />cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Veenker of Merila and Associates was present representing Boyd Hanson. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None.
