Wayne Miller - 7740 168th Avenue N.W. - Stated that his property is to the east of the
proposed project and he is concerned that there may be plans to add fill to Lots 1 and 2 of
Block 2. Mr. Miller stated that his home is just up out of the swamp; a lot to the east of
him was filled and built upon; if fill is added to the lots in Trott Brook Ridge, that will
result in his lot being in a hole.

Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed project is providing for drainage easements.

Wayne Miller - Referred to the Airport Master Plan that was voted down by the people and
noted that the runway aims right at his house; if the City is going to make a bigger airport
for bigger planes, the City should not be considering a project that will put more people in
the flight pattern of the airport.

Dee Anderley - Inquired as to the proposed lot sizes in Trott Brook Ridge.

Mr. Banwart replied that all of the lots are a minimum of 2.5 acres.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to adjourn the
public hearing.

Motion carded.
