PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, <br />November 6, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Grayce Kalstad's request for preliminary plat approval of <br />Sunfish Lake Estates Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Acting Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. David Bawden <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hendriksen called the public hearing to order at 8:42 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed project consists of subdividing two existing parcels <br />into five 2.5 acre parcels. The subdivider has stated an interest in petitioning the City for <br />possible inclusion of this plat in the MUSA boundary. Mr. Banwart stated that the current <br />access to the proposed project area is Sunfish Lake Drive, a private road which will have to <br />be made a City street. The subject street is proposed to be an MSA route which requires a <br />right-of-way of 80 feet. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Grayce Kalstad was present. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />public heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None.
