PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />December 5, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Darrel Peterson - 6520 167th - Stated that he has a parcel for sale with an easement problem <br />on it; the City Attorney was supposed to have placed the issue on the agenda. <br /> <br />Planning Assistant Frolik stated that the parcel in question is not an easement that the City <br />can vacate; it is a lot of record owned by the City and if it is determined that the City no <br />longer needs it, it can be sold. The City Attorney is addressing the procedure for sale of <br />property. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to approve <br />the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />Bawden, Shumway, Deemer and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:35 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request to rezone the proposed plat of Trott Brook Ponds Addition from R-1 Rural <br />Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD); case of Gerald Bauer. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/December 5, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
