Soil borings <br />have been done and there are adequate Class I soils present on the site in every one of the <br />lots. A 35 foot trail easement is provided along 153rd. The cul-de-sac length has been <br />shortened to comply with Code. Access to the lots is from internal plat streets and not <br />153rd.
