Case #3: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Rum River Bluff <br />Addition From R-1 Rural Residential To Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD); Case Of Jack Miller: <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Item #4 was amended to indicate the subject property being 68 acres in size; Item #12 was <br />amended to indicate that 20 lots will be developed in the plat with an average density of one <br />unit per 3 acres. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to delete <br />Item g9 from the proposed findings of fact indicating that the City is interested in acquiring <br />wetlands on the subject property for storm water management purposes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Shumway, Deemer, Terry and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to modify <br />Item #11 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that at least 20% of the land will be <br />preserved for park and open space. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden, Deemer, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact, as amended, regarding Jack Miller's <br />request to rezone Rum River Bluff to a PUD. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
