The Commission was reluctant to take any action until a formal site plan is submitted to <br />address various issues, especially employee and off-street park. <br /> <br />Tom Dillon stated that he is looking for time frame considerations in completing the site <br />plan required improvements. <br /> <br />The Commission indicated that it would be receptive to a phased site plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to table <br />action on Northwest Steel Fabricators' request for site plan approval until such time as a <br />complete site plan application is provided. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
