82 (0 Signs shall be installed no earlier than April 1 and shall be removed no later <br />83 than October 31 of each year. The city shall be notified by the organization when <br />84 signage will be installed and removed each year. <br />85 <br />86 <br />99 <br />(g) Signs shall be permitted on permanent ballfield scoreboards subject to the <br />approval of the city. <br />87 (h) Temporary event banners shall be permitted for tournaments at all municipal <br />88 parks with ballfields. The banner(s) must include the name and date of the event. <br />89 The event banner(s) shall be allowed for no more than a ten (10) day period. All <br />90 temporary banners shall be approved by the city as part of the approval for the <br />91 rental of the field. A temporary tent(s) shall be permitted for tournaments as <br />92 approved by the city. <br />93 (i) The provisions of this section do not apply to the naming rights for any park or <br />94 facility. Naming rights shall be subject to a lease or master agreement to be <br />95 approved by the city council. <br />96 (d) Site plan required. Any construction of buildings, antennas /towers, or installation of <br />97 signage in the Park District will be subject to the site plan review process, as outlined in <br />98 section 117 -54. <br />3 <br />
