48 2. Design Elements: The building design must include architectural interest through <br />49 the use of a minimum of three (3) of the following elements: <br />50 <br />51 a. Accent materials; <br />52 <br />53 b. A visually pleasing front entry that, in addition to doors, shall be accented <br />54 a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) square feet around the door entrance for <br />55 single occupancy buildings and a minimum of three hundred (300) square feet <br />56 total for the front of multi - tenant buildings (this area shall be counted as one <br />57 element); <br />58 <br />59 c.
