CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 04/10/2012 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />4. 7. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution # 12-04-XXX Appointing City Administrator to Executive Change Control Board - Northstar <br />Ramsey Rail Station <br />Background: <br />As Council is aware, the City of Ramsey entered into a Master Cooperation, Funding and Delegation Agreement in <br />January 2012, with the Metropolitan Council and the Anoka County Regional Railroad Authority (ACRRA) for the <br />Northstar Ramsey Station Project. as with any project, it is anticipated from time to time there will be change <br />orders. A representative must be appointed to the executive Change Control Board to approve change orders above <br />$50,000. By appointing a representative to sign the change orders, each one will not have to be brought forward to <br />a regular Council meeting for approval, thereby expediting the process. Staff is recommending City Administrator <br />Ulrich be appointed to the Executive Change Board for the Northstar Ramsey Rail Station. Please note that any <br />expenditure will not exceed the already previously authorized program budget.
