Case #1 <br /> <br />RIGHT OF WAY FOR MISSISSIPPI RIVER CROSSING <br />NORTH OF HIGHWAY 10 TO COUNTY ROAD 56 <br /> By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is currently in the process of encouraging the development of a river crossing <br />located within the boundaries of the City Ramsey. This crossing would be located within the <br />alignment as shown on Attachment A. The alignment South of Highway 10 has been dedicated for <br />the crossing. However the proposed alignment north of Highway 10 to County Road 56 has yet to <br />be acquired. Also listed on Attachment A are the present locations of buildings located near the <br />proposed right-of-way. To prevent the problem of further site development within the proposed <br />right-of-way the Economic Development Commission should request that the City Council <br />commence the acquisition of the proposed right-of-way. <br /> <br />Listed below are the affected P.I.N.'s by the proposed right-of-way and the current property <br />owners. <br /> <br />P.I.N.
