HRA Regular Session 5. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 04/24/2012 <br />By: Darren Lazan, Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority <br />Title: <br />Consider Granting Access and Utility Easement Over Outlot A, COR ONE <br />Background: <br />The currently approved site plan for The Residence, as well as the current real estate agreements, reflect a <br />reciprocal access and utility easement over the shared drive aprons on Veterans Drive and Sunwood Drive. These <br />instruments are being prepared for closing on the 30th of April, but the title company has requested the HRA <br />formally approve these easements clarifying the title insurance implications. <br />These easements allow F &C and the eventual user to the West, to share common entrances and minimize the <br />number of curb cuts necessary to serve the properties.
