Staff recommends approval of the attached Joint Powers Agreement with the Anoka County Highway Department <br />and approval of the attached resolution indicating support for the interchange project. <br />Funding Source: <br />The funding source has not been determined at this time but we will have time after acceptance of the grant to <br />determine the funding sources.
