b) 4 in 40 Density Zoning <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley requested that City Council schedule a special meeting to discuss tier <br />development as it relates to 4 in 40 density zoning. <br /> <br />City Council scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, March 21, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. to <br />discuss 4 in 40 density zoning. <br /> <br />c) Letter Regarding Gateway North Airport <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted for the record that all of the members of City Council have received <br />a letter, signed by persons who believe that the airport should be improved for business, <br />educational or recreational purposes. <br /> <br />d) Business Expo <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca stated that the next Ramsey Business Expo is planned for March 4 <br />at the Ramsey Elementary School and the Economic Development Company will be <br />approaching City Council for some City support in that event. <br /> <br />e) Status of Board of Appeals <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson inquired as to the status of establishing a Board of Appeals. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley replied that the ordinance to establish a Board of Appeals was adopted. The <br />positions on the board were not filled because the need for a Board of Appeals decision <br />was dropped and there was not a sufficient amount of qualified applicants. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the <br />regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Pearson.
