CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, January 24, 1990 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Personnel Coordinator Kay McAloney <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS (CLOSED TO PUBLIC) <br /> <br />Case #1: Interviews For Patrol Officers: <br /> <br />City Council intereviewed patrol officer candidates, Tom Boie, from 7:10 p.m. to 7:25 <br />p.m., and Tim Dwyer from 7:28 p.m. to 7:54 p.m. This portion of the meeting was closed <br />to the public. <br /> <br />Council discussed the results of the interviews from 7:54 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Refer to page 3 of these minutes for further action. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that it would be appropriate for Case//2 (Performance Appraisal <br />and Proposed Increase for Arlene Stafford) to be presented to the Personnel Committee <br />prior to City Council and requested that it be deleted from the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the deletion of Case #2. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
