CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council met on Tuesday, March 27, 1990 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Leonard Lewis - 6960 156th Avenue N.W. - Stated that he is extremely dissatisfied with <br />the 1989 street improvement project. Mr. Lewis had also expected to be reimbursed for <br />replacement of a fence which he had placed within the road right-of-way. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson commented that he also thought is was a poorly completed <br />project. <br /> <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka stated that restoration within the road right-of-way was the <br />responsibility of the homeowners. <br /> <br />City Council directed Mr. Raatikka to inspect the street improvement project in the vicinity <br />of 6960 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions and adjustments: <br /> <br />Adjustment: <br />Adjustment: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item #14 to be addressed as Case #14. <br />Consent Agenda Item #8 to be addressed as Case gl 5. <br /> <br />Addition: <br />Addition: <br />Addition: <br /> <br />Case #16 Tax Increment Financing. <br />Case #17 Extension of Recording Time Frame for Morton Addition. <br />Case gl 8 Voting Precinct Optical Scan Units. <br /> <br />City Council/March 27, 1990 <br /> Page 3 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
